Dead sea turtle washes ashore in Culasi, Roxas City

ROXAS City – A dead sea turtle washed ashore in Sitio Nipa, Baragay Culasi, Roxas City on Sunday.

The sea turtle measured 120 centimeters long with an estimated weight of 100 kilograms, according to Capiz Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (CAPENRO) staff Nolilon Molina, Sr.

Residents of the coastal town, aided by Philippine Coast Guard personnel stationed in Culasi and CAPENRO personnel helped in burying the dead turtle.
