SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon.
FORECAST: Visayas, Palawan & Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
