SYNOPSIS: Easterlies affecting the whole country.

FORECAST: Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from the East to Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro with slight to moderate seas.
