SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 am today, the eye of Typhoon #RositaPH was located at 550 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.4N, 126.9E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 170 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 210 km/h. It is moving West Southwest at 15 km/h.
FORECAST: Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Strong to gale force winds from the Northwest to Southwest will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with rough to very rough seas. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from Northwest to Northwest will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas with light to moderate seas.
