SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 am today, the eye of Typhoon #RositaPH was at vicinity of Dinapigue, Isabela (16.7N, 122.5E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 150km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 210 km/h. It is moving West at 20 km/h.
FORECAST: Calamian group of Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Visayas and the rest of Palawan will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Strong to gale force winds from the Northwest to Southwest will prevail over the western section of Northern Palawan, and its coastal waters will rough to very rough seas.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from Northwest to Southwest will prevail over Visayas, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Palawan with light to moderate seas.
