SYNOPSIS: Easterlies affecting the Eastern section of Southern Luzon and of Visayas.

FORECAST: Central and Eastern Visayas will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and the rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northwest to Southwest will prevail over Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and from the Southeast to South will prevail over Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
