Tropical Cyclone: ALERT
ISSUED AT 5:00 AM, 27 November 2018
Tropical Depression "#TomasPH" has weakened into a Low Pressure Area (LPA).
• Sea travel remains risky over the northern seaboard of Northern Luzon due to rough to very rough seas associated with the ongoing surge of the Northeast Monsoon.
Location of center: At 2:00 AM today, the center of Low Pressure Area (LPA) formerly TD "#TomasPH" was estimated based on all available data at 1,050 km East of Basco, Batanes (21.4°N, 132.0°E).
With this development and unless re-intensification occurs, this is the final weather bulletin for this weather disturbance.
