Wanted person falls

JOINT elements of San Rafael and Barotac Viejo police arrested a wanted person at Barangay Managopaya, Banate, Iloilo, afternoon of August 16, 2018.

Rowe “Nok-nok” Fernandez, 43, of Barangay Alibayog, Sara, Ilolo, was arrested for charges of attempted murder.

Regional Trial Court Branch 66 Judge Rogelio Amador of Barotac Viejo issued the warrant of arrest against Fernandez on January 12, 2004 with a Php120,000 recommended bail bond.

Fernandez is now detained in the lock-up cell of San Rafael municipal police station.
