Meanwhile, the eye of Typhoon CIMARON was located based on all available data at 1,660 km Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (28.6 N, 135.7 E) [OUTSIDE PAR] with maximum sustained winds of 160 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 195 km/h. It is moving Northwest at 35 km/h.
