FORECAST: Western Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the Southwest monsoon. Central Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the Southwest to West will prevail, and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
